Plot summary: Bitter and coldhearted businessguy Tyler Heel (Christensen), have to take care of his best friend Kyle's (Piven) daughter Stella (Breslin). Being bored with Tyler, Stella wants to go to the Berlin Zoo. Having oddjob zoo keeper Ron (Green) as a guide, they watch the cute polar bear Knut. After several visits, Tyler discovers animal activist who is trying to kill the polar bear, and must show that even a sad loser from nowhere have a heart, even for a tiny bear...
